Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. large or jumbo shrimp, cleaned and shelled
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    fresh parsley
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Saute garlic in margarine, white wine and lemon juice in large skillet until soft.
    Add enough shrimp to cover skillet bottom. (May have to saute in 2 batches.)
    Cook until bottoms turn pink, approximately 3 minutes.
    Turn to other side and cook another 3 minutes.
    Transfer to serving dish and garnish with parsley. Serve over rice or pasta.
