Chicken Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen peas, cook 3 minutes and drain
4 large chicken breasts, cooked and cut in pieces
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 to 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. croutons
Preparation

Layer peas and chicken.
Combine and mix soup, mayonnaise, mushrooms, curry powder and cheese.
Pour over chicken and peas. Top with croutons.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or so.
Serve with rice, Chinese noodles or plain.
Can be frozen.
