1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. taco mix
1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 c. water
1 pkg. medium size flour tortillas
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a 9 x 12-inch baking dish, layer tortilla shells.
Cover bottom and sides of dish with shells and set aside.
