Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium-size peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. soft bread crumbs or dry Minute rice
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Clean peppers.
    Steam in covered pan for 5 minutes.
    Combine remaining ingredients using only 1/2 can of the tomato soup.
    Mix well.
    Stuff peppers.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Pour remaining 1/2 can of tomato soup over peppers and bake for 15 minutes more.
