Egg Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, buttered and cubed
    8 oz. sharp cheese, shredded
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Layer bread and cheese in glass baking dish (ending with cheese).
    Mix eggs, mustard, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour over layered bread and cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Prepare and refrigerate overnight.
