Rump Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rump roast
    butter pats
    meat tenderizer
    1/4 c. oil
    rosemary
    garlic cloves
    potatoes
    salt and pepper
    dry red wine
Preparation
    Put pats of butter, meat tenderizer, 1/4 cup oil and dry red wine over roast.
    Sprinkle rosemary, garlic cloves, salt and pepper.
    Add cut potatoes into pan, cut lengthwise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Take out potatoes and continue cooking meat until done as desired.
