Potato Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. potatoes, cooked, peeled and cut in 1/2 inch cubes
    1/2 c. pineapple tidbits
    1/2 c. thoroughly drained mandarin orange sections
    1/2 c. white raisins
    1 Tbsp. grated coconut
    1/4 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    4 maraschino cherries, quartered
    lettuce leaves for salad plates or platter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients.
    In a small bowl, mix together, the next 4 ingredients.
    Add to fruit and potato mixture.
    Add more sour cream if mixture is too dry.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Chill.
    Mound on lettuce leaves or serve on a platter.
