Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. buttermilk or sour cream
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugar and butter together.
    Add eggs.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add buttermilk or sour cream and dry ingredients to batter.
    Fold in mashed bananas and pecans.
    Pour in a greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 1 loaf.
