Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. quick acting dry yeast
    2 1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    3/4 c. soft butter
    2 eggs, well beaten
    8 to 8 1/2 c. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water. Add butter, sugar, eggs, salt and 4 cups flour. Stir and then beat until smooth, about 1 minute. Stir in the remaining flour, working the last 2 cups in by hand. This dough will be very soft. Cover tightly and store in refrigerator overnight or until needed. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven 15 to 20 minutes. Turn out on a wire rack. One third of this dough makes 12 pan rolls.
