Salami Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. Tender Quick
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Form a roll 15-inches long.
    Wrap in foil. Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Unwrap and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
