Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
4 slices bread, crusts trimmed
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Tear up bread slices and place in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Brown and drain sausage.
Spoon sausage over bread crumbs.
Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
Beat together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard.
Pour egg mixture over the bread, sausage and cheese.
Chill overnight in refrigerator.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cheese will rise to top during baking.
(Excellent for company breakfast.)
