Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayo
1 Tbsp. finely grated onion
1 stick melted margarine
1 tube Ritz crackers (crumbs)
Preparation

Cook and drain broccoli. Beat eggs and add all ingredients. Put in casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Add Ritz cracker crumbs and pour melted margarine on top. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, until lightly brown.
