Larry'S Corn Puddin' - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can corn, drained
    1/2 stick melted butter*
    1 chopped onion (optional)
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 beaten eggs
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray 2-quart casserole with Pam.
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients then pour into casserole. Bake covered for 1 hour.
    Doubles well.
