Strawberry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chopped strawberries
    1 pkg. MPC pectin
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook ingredients after mixing well for 1 minute.
    While stirring, add 6 1/2 cups sugar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    After a boil that cannot be stirred down, boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove foam from top and stir for an additional 4 minutes.
    Pour into jars and seal with wax or if you prefer lids.
