2 c. (8 oz.) Parmesan cheese, shredded
Preparation

Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Spread grated cheese on paper, leaving 1/4-inch at edges.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool completely.
Break into chips.
Good for dips and soups.
