Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 Russet potatoes
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    butter
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Add sour cream, cream cheese, salt and onions.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Place in buttered casserole dish. (Don't fill too full because it raises.) Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
