Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. instant rice (not cooked)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. fat-free milk
    4 oz. Velveeta light cheese
    2 Tbsp. light margarine
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 can reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon into a 2-quart casserole dish. Cook for 45 minutes and serve.
