Cachapas(Corn Pancakes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ears fresh corn
    pinch of salt
    brown sugar to taste
    sweet cream
Preparation
    Cut grains of corn close to the cob and grind very fine in food processor or blender.
    Add salt, brown sugar and cream to make a meal the consistency of heavy corn meal.
    Place spoonful on buttered sandwich grill and spread thin.
    Close grill and wait until slightly browned, about 3 minutes.
