Pear Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 gal. pears, cut up
6 large onions
3 green sweet peppers
3 red sweet peppers
3 yellow sweet peppers
6 or 7 small hot peppers
3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
5 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. pickling spice, tied up in cloth (to be removed before canning)
Preparation

Put pears, onions and peppers through a food chopper.
Add vinegar and spice.
Boil for 30 minutes.
Put in jars and seal.
