Sweet 'N Sour Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. apricot preserves
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 pkg. Shake 'n Bake barbecue for chicken
Preparation
    Combine preserves, vinegar and onion in a 12 x 7 1/2-inch microwave-safe baking dish.
    Add chicken; turn to coat.
    Sprinkle with coating mixture, turning to coat evenly.
    Cover and cook on High for 6 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn and cook 6 more minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
