Hawaiian Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. flaked coconut
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In mixing bowl, beat eggs.
Add coconut, pineapple and sugar. Sift in dry ingredients.
Spread in greased loaf pan lined with wax paper.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
