Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. elbow macaroni
    1 lb. sharp Colby
    milk
    few saltines
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain and rinse.
    Cut cheese into cubes; put in pan with macaroni.
    Pour enough milk into pan to cover macaroni. Simmer until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
    Then pour into 9 x 13-inch pan; crush saltines over top and bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
