Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            6 med green peppers
 
1 lb ground beef
2 c. stewed tomatoes
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 c. shredded cheese
1 onion
1 tbsp crisco
3/4 c. rice
salt and pepper
Preparation
- 
                            Cut tops off green peppers.
 
Remove seeds, precook peppers in boiling salted water 5 minutes.
Drain, sprinkle inside with salt.
