Cottage Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. small curd creamed cottage cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 whole eggs
    1/2 c. melted butter or oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    juice of one lemon
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs
    with
    sugar
    until
    creamy.
    Add
    to cottage cheese, add
    flour,
    melted
    oleo or butter, lemon juice, rind and flavorings.
    Beat
    until well blended and pour into 9-inch unbaked pie
    shell.
    Top with graham cracker crumbs.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake
    in
    350\u00b0
    oven for 45 minutes or until set and brown.
    Optional
    but
    also good to add 1/2 cup raisins or 1/2 cup Angel Flake coconut.
