Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat (turkey or beef)
3 medium potatoes, peeled and shredded
1 small onion, diced
1 box 2 crust pie crust mix
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 shredded carrot (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0 (350\u00b0 at lower altitudes).
Combine ground meat, potatoes, onion, carrot and spices in large mixing bowl.
Set aside.
