Cheesy Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. diced potatoes
1 medium chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. salt
2 c. water
1 c. chopped carrots
1/2 lb. butter
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 qt. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes, onion, celery, carrots and salt in water.
Boil until done.
Add butter, flour and pepper.
Cook until thick.
Add milk and cheese.
Cook until cheese is melted.
Freezes well.
