Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced, peeled potatoes
    1 c. chopped celery (optional)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 c. low-fat milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. dry dill
    1 c. green peas
Preparation
    In a large pot, cook potatoes, celery and onion in just enough water to cover them.
    Cook about 10 minutes, until tender.
