Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans pineapple chunks (use juice of one can only)
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sugar (amount optional)
    6 Tbsp. flour
    30 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 stick melted margarine or butter
Preparation
    Mix together first 4 ingredients.
    Spread in 8 x 11-inch or 2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle crushed crackers over top.
    Spoon melted margarine over all.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
