Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 large potatoes
4 green onions and tops
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Cook potatoes.
Peel and cube into small to medium size pieces.
Stir in onions.
Mix sour cream, cottage cheese and mayonnaise together.
Pour over potato mixture.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
