Spinach Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped spinach
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. boiling chicken broth
    2 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach for 4 minutes; drain.
    Melt butter in saucepan. Add spinach, salt and pepper.
    Saute over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Beat egg yolks with cheese; add to the spinach.
    Gradually add broth, stirring constantly; bring to a boil.
    (The eggs will curdle; don't worry.)
    Serve with croutons.
