Joshua'S Favorite Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. lean brisket
    jar chili sauce
    1 can beer
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    bunch carrots
    3 medium onions
    2 Tbsp. kosher salt
Preparation
    Rinse brisket in cold water.
    Place in baking pan.
    Sprinkle with kosher salt.
    Slice carrots and onions (very thin).
    Put on top of brisket.
    In a separate bowl, add chili sauce, beer and brown sugar.
    Mix well.
    Pour mixture on top of brisket.
    Seal pan with foil.
    Bake 1 hour at 450\u00b0, then reduce to 350\u00b0 for 2 hours. Keep covered the entire time.
    This is a great company dish. Slice thinly and serve!!
