Chicken Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
Preparation
    Melt butter and cook mushrooms.
    Sprinkle in flour and salt; cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Gradually whisk in cream, then broth.
    Add chicken.
    When hot add sherry and serve immediately.
    Makes about 4 servings.
