New York Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 tsp. flour
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    1 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    dash of salt
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon rind or lemon juice
Preparation
    Beat all the ingredients together one at a time in the order they are listed.
    When batter is creamy, pour into spring pan that has been lightly buttered and floured.
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Bake 10 minutes at 500\u00b0, then 1 hour at 200\u00b0.
    Let firm up before cutting.
