Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can salmon
    1 onion, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten or egg substitute
    corn oil
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can tuna
    1 c. cooked rice, cooled
    pepper to taste
    flour (for dredging)
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients; roll mixture into balls, then roll in flour.
    Flatten slightly with palm of hand.
    Fry in corn oil; turn once or twice until brown.
