Venison Sausage(20 Patties) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground venison
    1 lb. smoked ham
    1/2 lb. bacon
    2 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut meat in small pieces and mix well, with all ingredients. Put through a fine chopper twice.
    Form into patties 1/2 inch thick.
    Pan-fry or broil.
