Frog-Eye Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. pineapple juice
1 egg
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 carton (8 oz.) whipped cream
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. acini de pepe pasta, uncooked
2 cans drained mandarin oranges
1 c. drained chunk pineapple
1 can drained crushed pineapple
Preparation

Cook the sugar, flour, salt, pineapple juice and egg over moderate heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
Add lemon juice.
Set aside to cool.
