Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 to 2 tsp. vanilla
canned cherries or strawberries (topping)
Preparation

Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add milk, lemon juice and vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour into a shortbread crust or graham cracker crust.
Chill until set.
Top with cherries or strawberries.
