Granola(Low-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. raw oatmeal
    3/4 c. sliced almonds
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1 c. wheat germ
    3 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 tsp. honey
    6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. maple syrup
    3 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. golden raisins or mixed dried fruit
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a medium bowl, combine first 6 ingredients.
    In a small bowl, combine oil, syrup, honey and vanilla. Add to oat mixture and toss to combine.
    Spray cookie sheet with nonstick coating and spread oat mixture.
    Bake, stirring frequently, until lightly browned for 8 to 10 minutes. Watch carefully. Transfer cookie sheet to wire rack and let cool. Transfer oat mixture to a medium mixing bowl.
    Add dried fruit and toss to combine.
    Store in airtight container for up to one week.
