Almond Poppy Seed Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Mazola oil
    3 large eggs
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 tsp. butter flavor extract
    1 1/2 tsp. poppy seed
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl of mixer, combine sugar, oil, eggs, almond, vanilla and butter extract.
    Beat to blend. Combine and sift flour, poppy seed, salt and baking powder.
    Add dry ingredients to sugar mixture with 1 1/2 cups milk.
    Begin and end with dry ingredients.
    Mix to blend.
    Spray muffin pan with Pam or use 2 1/2-inch bake cups.
    Bake muffins 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Makes 24 muffins.
