Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped green peppers
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can tomatoes or 2 c. fresh tomatoes
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. shelled and cleaned shrimp
Preparation
    Cook onions, pepper, celery and parsley in oil or bacon fat about 5 minutes.
    Stir flour into vegetables, add tomatoes cut up. Cook about 5 minutes.
    Add garlic, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Stir into mixture.
    Cook about 5 minutes.
    Add shrimp; cook about 5 minutes.
