The World'S Best Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    5 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Sift sugar and flour together. Dissolve soda in 1 cup hot water.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with mixer 2 minutes until smooth.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Frost cake with any icing.
