Feather-Light Matzo Balls * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1 c. matzo meal
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
    Gradually stir in matzo meal and remaining ingredients.
    Let stand 20 minutes in refrigerator.
    With wet hands, form into small balls.
    Gently drop into large pot of lightly boiling water.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Yields about 16 balls.
