Shrimp Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    shrimp, cooked, cleaned and deveined
    2 to 3 ribs celery
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can corn with juice
    salt
    pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Simmer shrimp in butter until tender.
    Add celery, onion and pepper to shrimp and simmer until tender-crisp.
    Add corn with juice, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tablespoon sugar (or more if needed) and stewed tomatoes.
    Simmer until vegetables are cooked. Serve over cooked rice.
