Miniature Cheese Onion Loaves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/3 c. minced green onions
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese (1 c. shredded)
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease bread pans (2 small or 1 large). Cook green onions in butter; set aside.
In large bowl, mix flour with baking powder, mustard, cheese and salt.
Add onions, milk and eggs.
Stir until flour is moistened.
Pour into pans and bake 45 to 50 minutes.
Cool in pan.
Freezes well.
Preheat in a 375\u00b0 oven to serve.
