Ingredients

2 c. sour dough
1 c. flour
3/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Put all ingredients
in bowl and stir until slightly mixed. Too much stirring makes a
flat
cake!
Fry and serve.
I add 1/2 cup or so Baker's bran, usually.
