Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/3 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. hot water
    1 egg, beaten
    2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast and 1/4 cup warm water.
    Put shortening in large bowl.
    Add sugar and hot water; stir until shortening is melted. Add yeast and egg.
    Blend in flour and place in refrigerator. Will keep 3 to 4 days.
