Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter flavoring
3 c. Delicious apples, chopped fine
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Cream oil and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
Alternate flour and apples.
Add pecans last.
Pour into greased pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
