Oreo Cookie Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1 c. margarine, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 boxes instant pudding (chocolate)
3 1/2 c. cold milk
Preparation

Crush cookies, reserving 1/2 cup.
Press remaining cookies into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Drizzle melted margarine over the crushed cookies.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Place cream cheese and confectioners sugar into a deep bowl.
Mix at medium speed until creamy.
Blend in 1 container Cool Whip.
Spread over cookie crumbs.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Prepare pudding with 3 1/2 cups cold milk; spread over cream cheese layer.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
