Artichoke Nibble Appetizer(Real Good!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 glove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. each: pepper, oregano and Tabasco (liquid hot pepper)
    2 lb. (approximately 2 c.) sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped fine or dried
    egg salad
    cheese spread
    salmon or tuna salad
    deviled ham with finely chopped onion and pickles
Preparation
    Drain a can of jalapeno chiles.
    Cut lengthwise.
    Remove veins, seeds and stems.
