Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crushed chocolate graham crackers
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels
Preparation
    Mix margarine with crumbs and press into bottom of a 7-inch spring-form pan.
    Set aside.
    Into blender, add cream cheese and next 8 ingredients, blending until smooth.
    Fold in chocolate morsels.
    Slowly pour mixture over crumbs in pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 65 to 70 minutes or until set.
    Let cool in pan.
    Cover and chill 8 hours.
    Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired.
    Serves 12.
